A certain type of cancer is considered aggressive depending on what stage the cancer has reached. Among all stages of cancer, stage VI is considered to be the most fatal and has the least chance of recovery. Other factors to consider as to how aggressive cancer is depend on how much it has spread to other parts of the body and the rate of its growth. The truth is, all cancers that are diagnosed at a late stage are considered aggressive. Some cancers are almost undetectable during their early stage because some do not show symptoms and when it reaches the later stages, it leaves less time to carry out possible options left for treatment.

Malignant Heart Tumors
Malignant heart tumors have symptoms same as other heart diseases making it tricky to be diagnosed. Lung Cancer
Lung cancer is said to be one of the most aggressive types of cancer with the least chances of survival. In lung cancer, when the symptoms are already noticed by the patient, it has already managed to spread in the body hence treatment options becomes rigid because it has already affected other organs from the lungs. People who have been diagnosed with Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma have very little chance of survival.

Glioblastoma Multiforme (Brain Tumor)
The Glioblastoma Multiforme is considered to be one of the most aggressive type of brain tumor is commonly diagnosed amongst males although the reason behind this is still unclear. When this type of brain cancer reaches stage 4, a person who has it will most likely survive the disease with 12 months the most for it is hard to cure because the tumor cells of this cancer does not respond to conventional therapy rather shows heavy resistance to it. With conventional therapy, the brain becomes weak to stand the trauma thus making it more susceptible to damage. The medications barely work because it is hard to manage the tumor due to its complex system. Furthermore, relapse of the tumor are high.
Pancreatic Cancer
Pancreatic cancer belongs to the list of aggressive cancers because it can be detected by the time it has reached an advanced stage. This deadly cancer has very poor prognosis and its symptoms do not come out as it grows. In fact, a survey was done in year 2010 that showed that out of 43,000 people diagnosed with this type of cancer in the US alone, 38,000 of which did not survive. Life expectancy after diagnosis is only 5 years and cases where complete remission is extremely rare.
Cancer, whether it has been diagnosed at an early or late stage, should immediately seek options for cure. Due to the fact that in most cancer cases, detecting it makes it hard because it symptoms come out by the time it has already alarming effects on the body, this stresses out the importance of regular doctor’s check-up.
